BASE Programs is a 501c3 nonprofit organization, dedicated to providing quality expanded learning programs that promote student success. Our mission is to empower youth to reach they greatest potential by becoming lifelong learners with a spirit of creativity.

Registration and Waitlist

BASE Programs Pre-Registration for the 2023-2024 school year will open on Monday, April 17th. All students TK-5th grade are welcome to apply! Applications will be processed in the order they are received, with additional support to prioritized students (in accordance with state guidance).

How to Apply

Fill out the BASE Pre-Registration Application
Fill out a Financial Aid Form (if interested)

Email your BASE school site team with any questions

Confirmation

Once we receive your application, we will send you an email to confirm participation in the program
Once accepted into the program, you will be sent a confirmation email with a request to fill out a few additional documents and pay registration & tuition fees (applicable programs)
- Parent Agreement (via email link)
- OUSD Online Application (via email link)
- Invitation to connect to our communication and billing app (via email link)

BASE Application

It has been a pleasure serving OUSD students this school year. As we plan for the upcoming school year, we’d like to let you know that, at this time, we plan to resume our general tuition schedule. OUSD will continue to provide and expand ASES grant funded programs and will also support students who meet ELOP/UPP criteria. We will continue to keep you updated, as the guidance changes and we learn more about the ELOP allowances. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
